About Arusha National Park
Just 40 minutes from Arusha, Arusha National Park is home to Africa’s largest giraffe population and is great for walking and canoe safaris. After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for game drives and wildlife viewing. Canoe and walking safaris are available for an extra cost. You’ll return to Arusha in the late afternoon.

The national park has an amazingly diverse variety of landscapes for you to enjoy, filled with expansive grassland and rivers, all with the peak of Mount Meru in the distance. Despite being a relatively small park by Tanzanian standards it contains a wide variety of animals from giraffes, Buffalo to zebra.

A plethora of animals call Arusha park their home, large herds of cape buffalo roam the fields, Wading birds frequent the waters and predators like lions lay in wait for the perfect time to strike.
