About Tarangire National Park
Home of the Tarangire River, this national park offers some of the most diverse varieties of animals in Africa. From Elephants to Cape Buffalo many creatures travel for miles to drink from the rivers. After breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you’ll depart around 8 am for a 2-hour drive to Tarangire. On arrival, you’ll enjoy a game drive in this park, known for its baobab trees, diverse wildlife, and large elephant population. After a picnic lunch, you’ll drive back to Arusha, arriving around 5:00 pm to conclude your safari.
